Yes. Mediqueue is free for patients, forever. We work with clinics and hospitals to keep their queue moving — they're the ones we charge.

They do. If your regular clinic isn't on the platform yet, tap "Refer a doctor" inside the app and send us their details. Our team reaches out within a week.

In our pilot clinics, 92% of patients arrived within 10 minutes of their turn. We use live queue speed, real-time traffic, and a small safety buffer.

We collect the minimum needed to hold your token — name, phone, the clinic you're visiting. We never sell data. End-to-end encryption on health-related fields.
