You agree to use the MediQueue app and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or booking a token.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
• You must not misuse our services by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

3. Booking and Tokens

Tokens booked through MediQueue represent a place in a queue but do not guarantee an exact appointment time. Estimated times are approximate and subject to change based on clinic conditions and doctor availability.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by MediQueue, its licensors, or other providers of such material.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MediQueue, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
